Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) with transformative potential
- Architect pilot programs and adoption frameworks for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation maturity tracking
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, spatial computing)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
