Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future technology use cases
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI) or innovation methodologies preferred
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
