- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-7 year market impact
- Optimize resource allocation across $50M+ innovation portfolio
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of deploying AI/quantum systems at scale (Fortune 100 preferred)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
