Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and market analysis to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Develop cross-functional implementation plans for next-gen tech integration
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and incubate emerging startups
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive internal innovation workshops with engineering and product teams
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
