Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with focus on quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future technologies through agile sprints and rapid experimentation cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture partners with compelling data visualizations
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and sustainable innovation practices
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate scientific breakthroughs into market-ready solutions
- Drive adoption of future technologies through internal education and external thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with specialization in future tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems, or neuromorphic AI
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation initiatives
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields preferred
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and data visualization platforms
