Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and nurture partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects for breakthrough innovations
- Anticipate ethical, legal, and societal implications of technological advancements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) preferred
