Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, carbon-negative data centers)
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum startups, AI ethics boards, and green tech accelerators
- Present technology forecasts and innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices across all product lines
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budgets for futuristic initiatives through compelling business cases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable infrastructure domains
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
