Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess their commercial viability for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and long-term growth projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to secure first-mover advantages
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed innovation mindsets across all departments
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching at least two commercially successful tech innovations
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their convergence points
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence C-suite and external partners
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership (published research, patents, or keynote presentations)
