Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, climate tech, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech innovators
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with exponential potential
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints with venture capital incubation programs
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience managing >$50M R&D budgets with P&L responsibility
- Deep network within DARPA, NASA, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
