Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Perform competitive analysis and market positioning for future tech solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Manage innovation pipeline and evaluate potential acquisition targets
- Collaborate with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and adoption
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech trends
