Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Build and manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
