- Mentor a team of 5+ research scientists and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech R&D with 3+ in strategic planning
- Proven track record in quantum/AI project delivery
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals
- Experience securing $3M+ in R&D funding
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ethics frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite executives
