Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (NFTs, Web3, AGI) for commercial viability
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and venture partners
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI tracking
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain development
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
