- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, blockchain, bio-tech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify competitive advantages and market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships with universities
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or advanced automation systems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and sustainability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams
