Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company at technological inflection points
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders for technology scouting
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education and change management programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in high-growth markets
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience building and managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research labs)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
