Responsibilities
- Scan global tech ecosystems to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ relevance
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct impact assessments on AI, quantum computing, biotech, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future tech insights into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and nurture an external network of futurists and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ years)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism preferred
