Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial viability by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts impacting technology deployment
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups for early-stage technology access
- Mentor junior team members in strategic thinking and technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management a plus
