Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI) with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate technical feasibility and strategic alignment of innovations
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early-stage technology adoption
- Create risk mitigation frameworks for technology integration and ethical implementation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing future-focused technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biocomputing, or decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-continental technology initiatives
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology trends (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
