Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience with Fortune 500 or scale-up technology roadmapping
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CIO, CTM) strongly preferred
