Responsibilities
- Scan global tech ecosystems to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year adoption horizons
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with market gaps and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into pilot programs
- Produce competitive intelligence reports on quantum, AI, and nanotech advancements
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototyping and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience with patent analysis and technology forecasting models
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
