Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on tech adoption strategies
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future technologies
- Manage innovation pilot programs and measure ROI of tech investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing future-focused technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts
- Experience managing innovation budgets over $5M
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
