Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, bio-tech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews to identify first-mover opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to define 5-year innovation pipelines with measurable ROI
- Represent company at global tech forums and build strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Mentor innovation specialists and establish KPIs for technology adoption cycles
- Report quarterly to CTO on emerging threats/opportunities in the 2026 tech ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, PDMA) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
