Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Research and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration)
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product lines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile development methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
