- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and oversee vendor/partnerships for pilot programs
- Mentor a team of 8-10 technologists and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record in launching futuristic products (e.g., AI-driven platforms, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech innovation ecosystem
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and data analytics preferred
