Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory, ethical, and market impacts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present foresight analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author white papers on future technology trends and implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
