- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to secure IP and talent pipelines
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Champion a culture of innovation through hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance with future tech standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains (quantum, neurotech, sustainable AI)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
