Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic product development
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and prototyping next-generation solutions
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market demands and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for experimental initiatives
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong presentation abilities with executive audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience securing $500K+ in innovation funding
