Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience with agile/DevOps methodologies
