Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ product portfolios
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present compelling technology visions to investors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and R&D funding
- Ensure ethical and sustainable integration of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic planning or technology foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling innovative teams in high-growth environments
