- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia

- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CTO School)
