Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies through rapid experimentation cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation
- Oversee the development of a future-proof technology portfolio with 5-year scalability plans
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or generative AI
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
