Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and execute strategic technology adoption roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to investors and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading academic institutions and research labs
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and investors
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
