- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments for future-focused industries
- Develop and present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate potential disruptive technologies for acquisition or partnership opportunities
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Ensure ethical implementation of emerging technologies through governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles, with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech domains
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent experience
