Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech) to identify competitive advantages
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic innovations into core offerings
- Establish frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships with leading research institutions
- Drive culture of innovation through internal hackathons and technology showcases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
