Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026-2035 innovation roadmap
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams through technology proof-of-concept and commercialization
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for future tech initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
