Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with commercial potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies within existing product portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
