Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate next-gen technologies into core offerings
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation investments
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership conferences
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal innovation pipeline
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing AI/automation solutions at scale
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, blockchain, neurotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling frameworks
- Strong understanding of ethical tech governance and sustainable innovation
