You'll translate foresight into actionable strategies while mentoring cross-functional teams to execute ambitious 5-year technological roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological paradigms
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Partner with C-suite to integrate emerging technologies into core business strategy
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and sustainable tech adoption
- Drive strategic investments in quantum computing and next-gen infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional task forces on spatial computing and human-machine augmentation
- Present future-state scenarios to executive leadership and investment committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 5-year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in regulated industries
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) or Technology Foresight
- Strong track record of securing $10M+ in strategic tech investments
