Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Create technology adoption roadmaps with clear KPIs and implementation timelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain innovation leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess technical feasibility and market potential
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
