Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2026 horizon) including AI ethics, quantum applications, and biotech integration
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO)
