Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, biotech AI) and assess market viability for 2026 integration
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future industry trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify first-mover advantages in emerging tech sectors
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into scalable commercial applications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast technology adoption curves
- Certification in emerging tech or strategic foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
