Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI governance, and bio-digital convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and policy forums
- Build cross-functional coalitions between engineering, ethics, and commercial teams
- Deliver quarterly strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, tech innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain/neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-continental tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
