- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and scale disruptive technologies across 15+ global business units
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments quarterly to the executive board and investors
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Design and manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and market testing
- Drive organizational change management to adopt new technologies across 5,000+ employees
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready technologies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, or Web3)
- Executive-level experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of global tech regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks
