Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Sustainable Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or Big Tech innovation labs
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive technologies
- Expertise in blockchain 3.0 and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Top-secret clearance or equivalent government tech advisory experience
