Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate complex project updates to executive stakeholders and key clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation to maximize ROI for the 2026 initiative.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuous improvement processes to optimize team performance.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering departments to integrate emerging technologies into the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical or strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and on schedule.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams spanning multiple time zones.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the future of technology.
