- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven allocation decisions
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry consortiums
- Mentor a team of 5 innovation specialists and foster a culture of radical experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech forecasting and implementation
