Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business units
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
