Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on emerging tech trends (2026-2030)
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline with $15M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity implications
- Oversee ethics and compliance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in AI/ML implementation at scale (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq experience)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech paradigms
- Experience with biotech-technology integration (neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
