Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and develop adoption roadmaps through 2026
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology integration across business units
- Present future technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Represent the company at industry conferences and technology summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future technology domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing innovation labs or corporate venture capital initiatives
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI) preferred
