Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology implementation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, or sustainable systems
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
